I usually label  King covers as “So Sexy” but this cover…ummmmm…no. Nick Cannon’s Wildin’ Out Girls’ cover isn’t much better. For the first time ever King has let me down with their covers. I might be reading Smooth this month.

I’m finally back from my five day Memorial Day weekend in Miami (and Orlando) and I know the streets net missed me (sorry ya’ll…I’m here now). All I’ll say is Miami is that shit…cot damnit Diddy was there for chrissake.

But everyday away from the net feels like an eternity so I have to catch ya’ll up on the news on the streets net since I’ve been gone (no Kelly Clarkson).

The award for most blog worth news stories since my absence goes to Fiddy Cent. First off the fella appeared on the ugliest Vibe cover ever. Then his album got pushed back to September but none of that shit really matters because Fiddy took his Vitamin water and laughed straight to the bank wit it for a cool $400 million, which makes him the 2nd richest dude in hip-hop behind Jay-Z (damn you Fiddy, damn you).

• Kanye dropped a video and a fire azz mixtape.
• LeBron gave Rasheed a facial.
• Common dropped a video for “The Game.”
• Ralphige (who I actually ran into on South Beach…someone’s gonna whip his ass soon) leaked his Swizz Beats and Remy Ma prank calls but held the Kanye prank tight.
• Danny! (one of The Block’s favorite South Carolina rappers) was featured on sohh.com as a Player To Watch (damn Danny!, talk about a good look…I told you, Nupe. But don’t forget who featured you first D. Swain).
• And Kells dropped his new album, but I’m still not sure how I feel about it.

Yeah, a lot of shit went down while I was kicking it in FLA this weekend. But I’m just glad I got outta Miami before Fat Joe and his goons started shooting up the place.

I’ve been telling ya’ll about Plies since last year, and “Shawty” has been my favorite song for the last few months (but I’m a caking azz nucca like that). $10 says Plies and “Shawty” blow the fux up now, and remember I told you about him first.

I hope errbody had a good Memorial Day weekend. I’m still not back in the A (I’m in Orlando…again) but I was able to get onto The Block for the first time this weekend. I know I’m late with the Kanye West video but I know there are Block readers that don’t visit other blogs so they have no idea about what’s poppin’ unless I inform them. So this post is for ya’ll.
