I had no choice but to flashback to when  UGK was kinda wack on the mic I was first introduced to UGK (Was it really 15 years ago? Damn). The first song I’d ever heard from these dudes was “Pocket Full of Stones” off their Too Hard To Swallow album. Our neighborhood pusha played that shit at a house party all night and ever since then I’ve been a UGK fan. (Although the first UGK album that I purchased myself wasn’t until their 1996 album Ridin’ Dirty).

Anyways, Pimp made this week one we’ll never forget. I’ve been trying to figure out what made Pimp C transform into the MaDd RaPpEr but XXL Editor-In-Chief YN has a few reasons here. I think he might be on to something.

Tried to read both, but I got sick of Y.N.’s editorials and he was always dissing other publications.
