I do “Wack Rappers Need Teachin’” drops, just so you all can see what I go through on the day-to-day. So, the other day I got an email from Lil Killa from Maryland. Basically, in the email Killa said he was better than Lil Wayne and he wanted to be feature in Ozone. And since his myspace page says, “Lil Wayne was on crack if he told you your da best,” I think he’s serious. Not only that, this white boy even said “my niggas” in his rhymes. Sorry dude, I had to put you on blast. Hopefull, Lil Killa won’t try to kill me.

Lil Killa – When I’m Ridin’

I spent Thursday, Friday and Saturday (basically my whole weekend) at the A3C festival here in Atlanta. Me and the homie Maurice G. Garland kicked and we saw everyone from Wale, Jeru The Damaja, Little Brother, Holly Weerd, Proton, Blu, B.O.B., Biz Markie, Marley Marl, Roxanne Shante, Craig G and Killer Mike to the muthafuxing Clipse and the Re Up Gang. Cot damn! It’s a new day. I can’t speak for MGG but my love for hip-hop was rejuvenated this weekend. Sometimes I need to cleanse that wack shit outta my soul with some realness.

Despite popular belief, there are women that still rap, they just don’t get much recognition. But since it’s Women’s History Month, what better time to let these girls do what they do in the name of hip-hop. B-Girl Fest is tonight in Columbia, SC, where you’ll be able to catch the hottest female MCs in the Carolinas. I wish I could go to see my girls Ya Ya, Peace and Shelly B, but since I haven’t really mastered being in two places at once (although I’ve been trying), I’m just going to stay here and catch the Clipse and Three Six Mafia at the A3C. But all my hip-hop heads in the Metro, ya’ll should hit up B-Girl Fest tonight. Tell them ya’ll heard about it on The Block (Shekeese, Venom, what up).

Jeru The Damaja rocked the crowd at the A3C last night. Real heads already know. Wale and Little Brother killed their sets too. Sometimes I just need to see live hip-hop in it’s purest form to remember why I love this shit. B.O.B., Proton, Holly Weerd, Blu and The Juice Crew will all be in the building at tonight’s show, and my dude Kaos has a Juice Crew edition of Flashback Friday at his site.

Peep some flicks from last night here (and no, I didn’t take them).

More info. on A3C here.

Between these dudes and Blu, I’m really diggin’ the music coming out of the West lately.

So, two teachers walking in the hall of a Columbia, SC middle school bump into each other, words are exchanged and the two teachers get to fighting. No, really. I can’t make this stuff up. (Read story here).

I guess they didn’t see Borack’s “A More Perfect Union” speech. This is what we in the hood like to call “A N*gga Moment.” How you gonna be a grown azz teacher, middle school at that, and fight in the school. You’re supposed to be a role model. From what I heard, these two heffas really don’t like each other and were really fighting over a man (like Alexyss Tylor said, “d*ck will make you slap somebody”).

So, now this story is becoming racist in SC, you know, like a “black people don’t know how to act” issue. But sometimes people let emotions get the best of them, it’s not a black or white issue, it’s a human nature thing. Not to defend these two hoes promiscuous women because that was fuxing stupid but white people act a damn fool sometimes too.

Anyways, the women were arrested, they’ll probably lose their jobs and if they were fighting over a man, chances are dude will still be fuxing both of them. And this has been another moment “When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong.”

In Other SC News: Cops in SC have been running over suspects with their cars. Which is just wrong on so many levels, but kinda funny at the same time.

Everything wrong in hip hop wrapped into one video.
