Last night the 81st Annual Academy Awards aka the Oscars were on last night. I was kinda sorta watching it, but nowadays, I don’t really watch TV. I kinda just have it one in the background, and I glance at it every now and then, while I surf the internet (unless I’m watching Entourage, of course, that show gets full attention). Anyways, after last night, Slumdog Millionaire proved to the best movie ever. I tried to tell yall about it a few weeks back, but last night the movie won 8 Academy Awards, including Best Picture and they shoulda had a category called Best New Hot Chick, and I’m pretty sure Freida Pinto would have won.

I don’t remember too much more about the Oscars besides Heath Ledger won Best Supporting Actor for his role as the Joker in The Dark Knight, which was well deserved. But besides that, I don’t think I saw any of those other movies, and I need to get my movie game back up (I really did mean to go see Benjamin Button, just never got around to it).

But Halle Berry was there looking like the GOAT that she is. Alicia Keys was looking smashable as always. Beyonce was cooning in some musical performance, but at least she looked guud. Queen Latifah was there (do why still call her Queen Latifah?). Will Smith was there too, that’s the nucca (pause). Aaaannnnnnnd, yeah, that’s all I really remember.
