That isn’t Solange on this song, actually I don’t know who it is. But if this song is on Cole’s debut album, it’s a good direction in a B.o.B. and Hayley Williams “Airplanes” kinda way. Matter of fact, the same dude that produced “Airplanes” produced this song. You can’t fool me, J. Cole. I see what you’re trying to do here.

J. Cole – “I’m Coming Home” (prod. Alex Da Kid)

Previously: Sean Garrett feat. J. Cole – “Feel Love”

Update: They say it’s a reference track for Diddy, but J. Cole better keep this for himself.

Damn this is dope. Happy G.O.O.D. Friday people.

Kanye West feat. Pete Rock, Jay-Z, Charlie Wilson, Curtis Mayfield & KiD CuDi – “The Joy”

In other Kanye news, his album is done and he changed up the tracklist just a little. But My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy drops on November 22nd.

Shouts out to YG & Anytime Money. I see yall.

Download: Da Boi Boi YG feat. Venem Vendetta- “Boss” (prod. Six Man)

I didn’t flashback too far this week. This is around ’03, ’04 when Kanye was really just taking off. It’s always crazy to look back at where an artist started and see where they are now.

I haven’t posted any of their music in awhile, but fux with Fly.Union. I mean I really really fux with Fly.Union. Like if they keep pushing hard and get in the right situation they can be big. Jerreau is basically the front man of this group from Ohio, and if you ask me, they might as well let dude go solo and break the group later. I meet Jerreau when Fly.U came down for A3C, and then they proceeded to rock their set that night, so after seeing them live I’m actually higher on this group now than I was say a month ago. I think the got a new mixtape coming out soon, but check out this video where Jerreau goes over that Rick Ross & Drake joint. Dude did his thing.

Download: Jerreau (Of Fly.Union) – “You Know Who U Are Music”

Spotted @ UHTN. Fly.U’s A3C performance is in the cut.

This song actually leaked awhile back, but it had Drake on it instead of J. Cole. From what I heard the version with Drake wasn’t official, so Sean Garrett picked up J. Cole since the two of them are Roc Nation labelmates now. I know one thing, if J. Cole keeps getting on these R&B records he’s gonna be outta here in no time. Chicks really dig that Miguel song. This Sean Garrett song is just gonna make hoes primiscous girls like Hollywood Cole even more.

Sean Garrett feat. J. Cole – “Feel Love”

I thought Spitta fans would wanna see this. Pilot Talk 2 will be here November 23rd, and that’s one album that I will actually pay. Word to the Jets. (Artwork designed by David Evan Barnett).

I’m not ashamed to say that I like Katy Perry’s music. I jam to songs like “Teenage Dream” and “Hot N Cold”, and I don’t really care what anyone has to say about that. I don’t really like this “Fireworks” song, but I think it’s kinda funny that she has fireworks shooting from her titties throughout the video (I mean, I know it’s supposed to be from her heart, but it looks like it’s coming from her tits). I’m sure there’s a theme or positive message to this video, but I missed that whole thing cause I was too busy laughing.

Also, I was pissed when Maxim rated Katy Perry #1 on their Hot 100, but over the last few months I realized that she’s kinda hot, so I’m not really mad anymore. If any of ya’ll were mad like me, look here, and you won’t be as pissed off anymore.

I know The Block ain’t up on the Surf Club like that, but SFCB is a group of artists and producers that really make good music. I can’t name all of the members but Chase N. Cashe and Hit-Boy are the most known, and they also do a lot of production for the likes of Lil Wayne, Young Money, and a bunch of other artists. And they’re the dudes that produced “Drop The World” with Eminem and Lil Wayne, and after a placement like that, they should be pretty well off for awhile.

And if you need another cosign, Cashe is the dude that Drake name dropped in this song when he said, “Chase N. Cashe, that’s my brother from the Surf Club…” And I don’t know about yall, but if Drake said my name in a song I’d be playing that ish for any pretty chick I ran across for the rest of my life.

But cosigns or no cosigns, Surf Club is dope. Admittedly, this isn’t one of their better songs, but I’ll try to keep up with them a little closer and post up their music more often. I know Cashe has a mixtape coming out soon, so I’ll post that joint when it comes out.

Surf Club – “Back and Forth”

I usually don’t post up video interviews, although I watch them all the time on the net. This one with Wiz Khalifa is pretty cool, so I figured some of you Taylors might wanna see this. I might start posting up interviews more often, if you guys want. But I don’t know yet.

Anyways, Wiz Khalifa and his Waken Baken tour will be in Charlotte on Wednesday (I think), Atlanta on next Saturday, and Charleston next Sunday, so I’ll catch you guys at one of those shows.

The reason Wiz Khalifa wasn’t in MTV’s Hottest MCs list is in the cut.
