I tell people all the time South Carolina is ran by idiots. Case in point, South Carolina Republican Congressman Joe Wilson, who abruptly shouted out “YOU LIE!” during President Obama’s address last night. Between our governor trickin’ on hoes promiscuous women, Lil Ru doing Kevin Federline numbers, and now this Joe guy speaking when grown folks are talking…South Carolina stays losing, or just looking stupid. I woke up to tweets calling my home state South Caro-LIE-na, so yes, I do feel some kind of way right now. Thanks, Joe. Thanks.

You all ever heard the old saying, “its cheaper to keep her?” Well, Nas just found that out the hard way, after the judge ordered Nas to pay $55,000 a month in spousal and child support, plus the Lil Homie has to pay the mortgage on their L.A. home (that I’m assuming Kelis will continue to live in), not to mention pay $35,000 to Kelis’ lawyer in the divorce case. And at the end of the day, Nas will be paying more in child support than what Diddy and 50 Cent pay (and we all know those nuccas make waaaaaaay more money than Nasir does). I’ve been slacking on my blogging of late. Sorry, ya’ll. I’m back on it. But I know ya’ll already know this story, but I couldn’t come back to The Block and not acknowledge the life and passing of Steve McNair. “I wouldn’t been right, it wouldn’t been love, it wouldn’t been life, it wouldn’t been us…this can’t be life.”

RIP Steve McNair.

I woke up this morning and like I do most morning, I check Twitter to see if people are gossiping about anything interesting that happened while I was sleep. And today I saw a lot to people asking questions about an altercation that took place in Atlanta at Luckie Lounge. From what I’m hearing, there was some type of melee, that may or may not have involved Young Jeezy & CTE, and the Aphilliates La The Darkman. I don’t know any details, but I heard some people may have got stabbed up. There’s actually a report about it on the AJC site here. This all might be true, because La and CTE got into it last year at the Dirty Awards, so you already know he doesn’t have a problem acting like a nigga, and then sending out an email about it. I wasn’t there and I don’t like to speak on things that I don’t know much about, but my dude Gyant has some info on it at his site, if you all feel like being nosey.

I also found out today on Twitter (of course), that 72-year-old actor Morgan Freeman has been having a long time affair with his now 27-year-old step granddaughter (*blank stare*). This whole story just sounds wrong on so many levels. I refuse to go into anymore details. I just thought it was a good topic to add to my Thursday Morning F*ckery reports. Just read the story here.
