Here’s the video footage, courtesy of my man Malik, that I promised earlier of the Wale and J. Cole show in Atlanta last night. And yes, the show was as dope as it looks in this video.
Me and my dude Malik from Ozone went to the Wale and J. Cole concert last night, but I was standing close to the speakers and my right ear is still ringing (smh). But the show was dope. Both J. Cole and Wale rocked out. There are some pics in the Ozone photo gallery if anyone wants to take a peak at them. Malik got some video footage too, so I’ll post that up later today.

The 2010 South Carolina Music Awards madness begins… Charleston, SC… I’ll see ya’ll starting tonight…
The votes are in, and on July 9-11, in Charleston, SC, the Niche Magazine will present the 2010 South Carolina Music Awards, hosted by DJ Chuck T and yours truly, Randy Roper (you see me).

Just a reminder for my Carolina people, the South Carolina edition of Almost famous is tonight, presented by Million Dollar Dreamz & Verseus Entertainment, with performances by Block regulars TrapStar, warrenJae, Continental GT, Jus Nice, YG, Boss G, Lil Brod, and Small World; hosted by Venom & DJ Chuck T, and special guests Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Aaries, DJ Frosty and DJ B-Lord.
Tonight should be a good show and networking event for SC, so I want all my Carolina fam to come through tonight at Club Dreams. Doors open at 9 pm. See ya’ll there.
So, next Tuesday, June 1st at Club Dreams in Columbia, SC, Versus Entertainment Group and Million Dollar Dreamz present Almost Famous (South Carolina Edition). If you’re not familiar with Almost Famous, AF is a showcase founded by Rovella Williams and for the past six years, AF has been the premiere talent showcase in Atlanta. Gucci Mane, Killer Mike, B.o.B., Pill, Rock City, Playboy Tre, and many others have come through and performed on Almost Famous stages. And to be quite honest, I just felt the need to bring more quality events to the Carolinas. So, here goes…thank me later (Drizzy).
So, South Carolina’s Almost Famous showcase will be hosted by my brother DJ Chuck T, my big sis Venom of 100.1 The Beat and her sexy Vixens. Special guests include Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Aaries (and I think DJ B-Lord is gonna swing thru, too). With all-star Carolina performances by TrapStar, Continental GT, Jus Nice, Million Dollar Dreamz very own warrenJae, DTP artist Small World, Lil Brod and the Boss of the Goons himself, Boss G. There are some other talented artists from outside the Carolinas taking the stage, and if you’re interested in performing, there are still some performance spots available, just hit up info@almostfamousshow.com or call 678-481-6279.
Even if you’re not interested in performing, just come out, network, have a couple drinks, checkout your favorite Carolina artists, and just have a good time. It’s a R.E. & Million Dollar Dreamz Production, and if you’re on The Block and you’re in SC, you’re family, so just come out and lets put on for our city and state.
