I saw this video over at Kanye’s blog, and I thought people that love artistry would appreciate this. The Fray is a rock band from Denver, that’s probably best known for this song, off their 2005 double platinum first studio album How to Save a Life. But I like this song off their latest album a lot more.
Actually, I think this “Heartless” cover is better than the original. I be honest, I listen to a lot of rock and pop music. Listening to rap music all the time gives me a headache, so when I ride in my car, most of the time I’m listening to Star 94. I don’t post much of it on The Block, because I’m not really up on the genres enough to really comment on it like that. But I think if I had a good rock/pop blog to checkout, I’d probably piggyback off them a little more, so if anyone has any suggestion on some good blogs that are up on that Nickelback, Coldplay, Taylor Swift ish, please let a brother know (although I don’t think I’d leak any music from that genre, white folks seem to take people to jail for leaking their music).
The Fray’s “You Found Me” is after the jump, which is one of my favorite songs right now, and I think I know all the words to, and I’m not even such how that happened.
