I haven’t posted much, if any, French Montana, so I wouldn’t expect everyone to know who he is. But dude has been on the grind for a minute, and despite the opinion that he’s borderline ass on the mic, he still manages to put out bangers (kinda like the New York version of Gucci Mane).

French has been one of the biggest indie rappers in the game for about a year now but today Montana announced that he’s signed to Bad Boy. Puff is quietly rebuilding his Bad Boy roster (Red Cafe, Machine Gun Kelly, Dirty Money, Cassie), into something respectable. Hopefully these cats don’t get raped.

I didn’t really eff with French Montana until I heard this song. He’s one of those rappers that doesn’t rap well but nevertheless he still knows how to make pretty good songs. This one if my joint right here. And ya’ll should already know I eff with Spitta heavy. Jets, fool.

What I’ve concluded about French Montana, he sucks as a rapper, but his music actually isn’t that bad. I know that might not make a lot of sense to the rest of you, but it makes perfect sense to me (like Gucci, Plies, Jeezy, you know). Check out his mixtape to see what I mean.
