This weekend was rather peaceful… Floyd Mayweather knocked out Victor Ortiz with a legal sucka punch and then proceeded to curse out 180-year-old Larry Merchant. My Gamecocks won and my nucca Cam Newton (although the Panthers lost to the Green Bay Packers 30-23) put up 400 yards passing for the 2nd week in a row (beastmode).

This week was all fun and games until Fabolous pissed off Ray J.

Just listen:

Well I hope everyone else had a good weekend. Happy Monday folks and welcome to another week on The Block.

Now that the NFL season is underway, I feel that it’s only right that I bring “Monday Morning Quarterback” back to The Block, which is just a quick rundown of the events and happenings of the weekend that was.

And I don’t know about y’all but I had a great weekend…

My Gamecocks beat Georgia, the Notre Dame vs. Michigan game was an instant classic, Drake dropped some new music, Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose got married (supposedly…that’s supposed to be on the low), Serena Williams’ twerk team WSHH video leaked and then she got smashed in the U.S. Open, True Blood ended it’s season with a bang, Entourage (a.k.a. one of the best TV shows ever) ended its series, my fantasy football won (even without Peyton Manning) and Cam Newton made me a Carolina Panthers fan again.

Aight people. It’s not Monday morning anymore but it’s now Feb. 15th and that means Valentine’s Day is over with, and I for one am fuxing stoked about that. I mean, I had a great V-Day weekend but finding the perfect V-Day gift and planning a nice evening for that special someone can be nerve racking, and I’m just glad my yearly relationship dues have been paid for 2010. Anyways, whether you were booed up or not, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I’m gonna do a quick recap and then we can get started with another weekend on The Block.

This weekend: The “We Are The World” remake video was released and it was kinda gay. The Valentine’s Day movie came out this weekend and it wasn’t that bad. The NBA All-Star weekend was kinda wack. Well, the Slam Dunk contest sucked, so I feel asleep on it, and I fell asleep on the game last night too, but I’m just saying. Alicia Keys performed during halftime of the All-Star game, and as always she was looking quite smashable. Usher performed last night too, but he was looking rather homo. Alley Boy dropped his mixtape (I was looking forward to that). Donnis signed to Atlantic. Oh, and Chris Brown dropped a mixtape with DJ Drama, so I’ma post that up in a minute too. But I think that’s all that really happened this weekend. I’ma get caught up, and welcome to another week on The Block.

Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend, and that you’re ready for another week here at The Block. I know some of you all are off for Columbus Day, but unfortunately, OZONE doesn’t recognize any federal holidays that don’t involve seeing family and friends, so I’m up in the muthaf*ckin’ office while the rest of you chumps are probably getting that good rain sleep (and yes, I do feel some kind of way about that).

Its cool though. I had a pretty good weekend, and I hope the rest of you all did too. The BET Hip Hop Awards was this weekend in Atlanta, and the brunt of my weekend can be seen here, here, here and my Thursday here. I don’t really feel like going into it in any details, but look at the pictures, and that’s pretty much it in a nutshell.

Anyways, it’s back to the grizzly. Another week on The Block means more music, my randomness and more sexy woman. I mean, “what the f*ck else you want for free?” (c) 50 Cent.

Welcome to another week on The Block, ya’ll.

As you all already know (if you frequent The Block that is). I was in SC, I had a looooong weekend, and I just got back. I was so busy, I didn’t see any football games Saturday or Sunday, and that is not the bizness. I did see Floyd Mayweather beat up on that Mexican Saturday night, but other than that, I don’t know what went down this weekend. I haven’t talked to none of my people that were at the Goodie Mob concert either. But from what I heard (via Twitter, of course) it was raining like a mutha, but true Goodie fans stood in the rain and the show went on. I’ll get the full scoop later. But for now, I’m gonna turn Monday Morning Quarterback over to my dude Cuervo Charla aka Nacho N*gga. And welcome to another week on The Block.
